1. When should I make my reservation?
To ensure availability, we suggest you place your order as soon as your travel plans are confirmed. It's okay if you don't know the details of your trip, such as your villa or car rental company, you can always call or email us when it gets closer to your trip.
2. How do I log in?
Logging in isn't necessary! Simply add items to your cart and check out as a guest. If you need to make any changes to your order, just email or give us a call.
3. What if I need to rent the equipment for longer/shorter than a week?
There is a 3 day minimum on all orders. We also have daily rates for shorter and longer stays. Once your order is placed, the price will be adjusted and you will see it on the order summary page.
4. Where do I pick up/drop off my items?
On the date of your arrival, all of your items, with the exception of car seats, will be at your villa no later than 3pm. To ensure your child’s safety, car seats will be delivered directly to your car rental agency. On your designated departure date, all items should be left in the villa and be ready for pick up by 9 am, with the exception of car seats, which get returned your car rental agency.
5. Can I add to my existing order?
Of course! Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at (340) 998-8327 and we will be happy to help with any changes.
6. I’m staying at the Westin, will my items be waiting for me in my room?
Due to a change in security procedures at the Westin, we are no longer able to deliver orders prior to check in. Please contact us after your arrival with your villa number and we will arrange a time to deliver your order. If you have rented a car from O'Connor Car Rental @ the Westin, we can deliver your car seat directly to their office for pick-up.
7. What are the delivery charges?
All orders have a delivery charge of $25. This is the only additional charge, we have no hidden fees.
8. Do you deliver to St Thomas?
No, we are based out of St John only.
9. When will I be charged?
Your credit card will be processed once we confirm availability of your order and you accept our rental agreement.
10. Do you install car seats?
We are not authorized to install car seats. Manuals are available upon request. Please refer to the car seat manual installation instructions.
11. How is equipment cleaned?
All of our equipment is cleaned with non-toxic cleaning products after each use. Crib sheets and all cloth materials are laundered in hot water with fragrance free detergents.
12. What is your cancellation policy?
Orders cancelled with less than 48 hours are not refundable. Orders cancelled less than two weeks prior to arrival will be charged 50% of original order. Cancellations more than two weeks prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund. Please call us directly at 340-998-8327 or email email@example.com
13. Packing diapers, wipes and other baby essentials is becoming a hassle. Can you help?
Our goal is to make your trip as hassle free as possible. Island Baby accepts mailed boxes for a fee of $15 per box. This is a great option to pack diapers, special snacks, formula, etc. Island Baby must be given notice, please email or call before you send your box.
